☽ SACRED EARTH SCHOOL OF HEALING & RITUAL

For more than 25 years I have been growing, wildcrafting, harvesting and working with tropical plants, exploring their practical, traditional and ritual uses along the way.

This six-week online course is an invitation to discover the botanical world around us and develop a deeper relationship with the plants of the tropics.

Together we explore tropical herbs, botanicals and resins, including ways they can be grown, gathered, prepared and incorporated into personal ritual, ceremony and connection with place.

Drawing on years of hands-on experience, the course brings together practical plant knowledge, traditional wisdom and my own experience of working with tropical botanicals in everyday life and ritual.

A holistic journey through menopause and beyond, for women on the path of transition.

Elders in Bloom is a six-week exploration of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause bringing together evidence-based information, practical self-care, ritual and reflective practices.

Developed through lived experience, my university studies and shaped by years of working with women, the course looks beyond managing symptoms to explore the physical, emotional, social and personal dimensions of this significant life transition.

Together we explore ways to better understand the changes taking place, support your wellbeing and consider what this new season of life might be asking of you.

With decades of experience exploring and practising across different Reiki traditions, alongside an extensive foundation in martial arts, I bring a broad and grounded perspective to the teaching of Reiki.

Reiki offers a way to explore energy, presence, touch, stillness and self-care, while developing a deeper awareness of the relationship between body, mind and inner life.

My approach draws from traditional teachings while making space for contemporary understanding, personal experience and practical application. Whether you are curious to learn Reiki for yourself or interested in developing your practice with others, the teachings are offered as a space for exploration, learning and connection.

Training also includes access to an online community, resources and opportunities to continue exploring Reiki beyond the course itself.
