Support for experiences that change our relationship with our body.
Abortion, pregnancy loss, hysterectomy and womb loss can leave us carrying far more than the physical experience alone.
Sometimes there is grief. Sometimes relief. Sometimes both. Sometimes there are simply things that were never given the space to be acknowledged.
As your womb doula I offer practical, emotional and ritual support through these experiences without judgement, expectation or telling you how you should feel.
A space to be supported, informed and heard, in whatever way you need.

You don't have to navigate a womb experience alone.
Womb Doula support is about having someone alongside you with the information, practical support and emotional space to help you navigate what is happening, what has happened and what comes next.
Together we can explore questions you may have, preparation you may need, talk through what you are experiencing and find ways to care for yourself afterwards. Where it feels right, ritual can also offer a way to acknowledge, honour, release or mark a significant experience.
There is no set process and no expectation about how you should feel or what your experience should mean.
We begin where you are and work from there.

For women who want support through a significant experience involving their womb.
You may be preparing for an abortion, moving through pregnancy loss, facing a hysterectomy, or finding yourself living with the aftermath of womb loss.
You may be looking for practical support, wanting someone to talk to, needing information to help you make decisions, or feeling that something that happened in the past still needs to be acknowledged.
You don't have to know exactly what you need before you reach out.
We can start with a conversation and work from there.

I walk alongside you, offering support without judgement or assumptions.
We begin with a conversation about what has brought you here, what you are experiencing and what would feel most supportive.
Every woman's circumstances are different, so my approach takes into consideration your personal situation, privacy, access to resources, socio-economic circumstances, beliefs and values, cultural considerations, and emotional and mental wellbeing.
From there, I can offer information, practical guidance, resources and a listening ear as you navigate what comes next.
My approach is gentle, grounded and evidence-informed, making space for both the practical realities and the personal meaning of what you are moving through.
If ritual feels meaningful to you, we can also create a simple ceremony to acknowledge, honour, release or mark what has happened.

What your Womb Doula support includes:
☽ Personalised practical and emotional support
☽ Information, resources and guidance to help you prepare and navigate what comes next
☽ Space to talk, ask questions and process your experience
☽ Follow-up support and practical assistance where needed
☽ Optional ritual to acknowledge, honour, release or mark your experience
You don't need to know what comes next. Sometimes the first step is simply having somewhere safe to begin..
